Mohsen Sohrabi – Founder
Mohsen Sohrabi has managed MBS Capital Advice since its foundation in Geneva in 1990. He is also a board member of several other institutions. Prior to founding MBS Capital Advice, he was a vice-president of Banque Paribas in Switzerland. He has a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Geneva.
Mohammad Reza Nadjafi – Partner
Mohammad is partner and board director at MBS Capital Advice since 2008. He started his career in a banking software company before joining MBS Capital Advice in 1992 to design and implement the IT infrastructure.
In 1999, he became head of the investment team of a Geneva private bank that he left in 2002 to found an investment advisory firm. Mohammad is a graduate engineer from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL).
Benoît Piette – Senior Consultant
Benoît began his career in 1994 at the Générale de Banque (Brussels) with the investment strategy department. In 1996 he joined the CERN pension fund to develop the internal investment process and to run the internally managed European bond portfolio as well as the global equity portfolio. In 2005, he joined Banque J. Safra Sarasin to develop advisory services for pension funds in the French-speaking part of Switzerland and later directed various teams in contact with institutional clients based in Switzerland. He joined MBS Capital Advice in 2017. Benoît holds a Master’s degree from HEC Liège (Belgium) and the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation.
Philippe joined MBS Capital Advice in 2018 as Head of Quantitative Analysis. As part of his studies he has carried out research in experimental particle physics in the international LHCb collaboration at CERN. He is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) in Physics.
Tamara joined MBS Capital Advice in 2019 as an analyst. Previously, she completed an internship at Pictet Weath Management. In 2017, she obtained a Ph.D. in economics, specialized in finance at the University of Lausanne in collaboration with the Swiss Finance Institute.
Chohreh has been responsible for the integration and integrity of client portfolio data since 1993. Prior to that she was a diplomat with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva (IHEID).
Catherine has been responsible for reporting since 2007. She joined MBS Capital Advice following a career with AGF-Allianz and the Société Générale Group. She holds a Master’s degree in Asset Management from the University of Lyon and a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University du Mans.
Céline joined MBS Capital Advice in 2013 as administrative manager.Her responsibilities evolved and she is now in charge of the portfolio reconciliation and reporting activities. Previously, she worked in the area of asset management and then in the Global Custody department of Lombard Odier. She has over 15 years of banking experience, with both private and institutional clients.
Céline Devayes Pidoux
Céline joined MBS Capital Advice in 2019, as reconciliation and reporting officer. Previously, Céline held a position in the wealth management’s office of an independent asset manager. She holds a master in International Relation from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and a federal diploma CIWM from AZEK. She has over 10 years of portfolio management experience with private clients.
Chrissanthos has been responsible for the development and maintenance of the IT systems and for coordination with outside suppliers since 2008. Previously, he worked for software companies Magic Suisse SA and Delphisoft SA. Chrissanthos Anthopoulos holds a Federal Certificate in Software Engineering.
Elodie joined MBS Capital Advice in 2019. She is our administrative manager and has nearly 10 years of professional experience. She holds a diploma in Business Coordination and the HRSE certificate in human resources management.
